Some body painting..

Cottage in Surrey

Yesterday I was at a beautiful manor just outside of London to do body painting for a sportswear (Limitless) commercial. I was up at 4am to get there as early as possible!

They had so much land, they owned a tennis court/basketball court and a swimming pool, it was so gorgeous.

We did some promo shots in the garden before we went. They were professional cycling bikes so the models found it really hard to ride them!

It was so nice to see the English countryside, it brought me back to my roots. It was about 30 degrees yesterday though and the paint stayed on quite well!

Note to self: We did two layers of aqua colour and then the last layer of Fardel.

Shooting some photos...

Today I had an amazing beauty shoot in my very own little apartment in West London. The model that came was absolutely gorgeous to say the least. We kept shooting photos until about 6pm and I didn't grab a bite to eat all day until 10pm! I modeled a 60s look for a friend, so I had white eyelids and a pink lip (like Audrey Hepburn in 'How to Make a Million', I looked SO different!

My inspiration for this shoot was mainly Sundai from Americas Next Top Model...

And you wouldn't believe how different someone looks without their hair on their face!

The shots look incredible, I'm so excited to see the finished photos!!

Fish?

Look at this little gem I found!

This is a telephone box I found in Soho! I've found many creative ones all around London, and I've made it my mission to find as many as possible.

I love this dress too. It's my all time favourite dress at the moment because it's colourful, creative and backless! It feels lovely on my skin and it even has fish on it! Love love love.

Nars Orgasm Review!

Review: 4/5

Nars orgasm...it certainly lives up to the name! It's a fantastic powder blush that looks lovely on the apples or blended up the cheekbone.

It would have reached a 5, but unfortunately the staying power isn't what it should be, and it needs re-applied every few hours.

It's more pink, without being too pink and would probably suit most skin tones. It has a slight shimmer/glitter quality in the packaging but once it's on, it doesn't look shimmery at all.

It's extremely popular, I hear makeup artists and models love it like I do!

Can't beat a good orgasm.

Five Years.

Red Velvet Cupcake...

Yesterday it was a glorious sunny day here in London.

I went to a lovely restaurant, then to the Hummingbird bakery to have one of their (famous) red velvet cupcakes and coffee. My boyfriend and I walked along the bridge on the Thames, and walked along the river a little until we found a nice little bar where we had champagne.

To five years...

Review: MAC Mineralize!

MAC Mineralize, Review: 5/5 !

I promise I'm not being generous, this is a good product. You can buff it onto the skin and it looks lovely, in fact I use it instead of foundation it works so well.

It's light, so it doesn't feel heavy on the skin and evens out you skin tone, and sets your foundation! And blends well with powder blush!

I don't ever recommend powders for dry skin, because this won't be doing you any favours but fabulous for oily skin, as it soaks up oils like a sponge haha!

Review: High Beam!

Review 5/5 !

I simply adore this highlighter, it's the best out there! It's perfect for achieving a dewy natural glow without looking shiny. It reflects the light like no other, you can see by looking at the bottle!

I recommend not to use the applicator they supply, but to take some on the back of your hand and apply with fingertips or with a small brush (over your foundation and before setting with powder). You could probably add a pea size amount to your moisturizer and apply in selected areas. I've also mixed some in with my foundation and applied it. The highlighter reflects the light that flashes from a photograph and shows in photos how well this product works.

You apply wherever you want to draw attention to, or to 'bring out'. Cheekbones, cupids bow, eyebrow bone are the top three. Decolletage, also for that elegant glow.

It's a gorgeous little extra that makes you feel all the more beautiful.

A day in the Caribbean

Sunrise at Roatan...

Yesterday was the anniversary of when me and my boyfriend decided to start seeing one another. A year ago yesterday we were here, waking up at 6am on a ship at a Caribbean Island. It was just magical.

The beach...

We went to this part of the island where there was a white sandy beach and the sea. We ordered cocktails  played with one another in the sea for hours and hours. It was simply gorgeous. Words cannot describe what a wonderful day it was.

We were having so much fun, we nearly missed the boat and we were the last two to get on! It literally started moving as we climbed the stairs to our room.

And we made this little heart in the sand..

True Bliss.

Oh HONEY!

Ooooooh la la....

These lashes are lovely! Great for the daytime but you could definitely afford to go for thicker, fuller lashes for the evening. They aren't noticeable, in fact they actually just look like you have a lot of lashes. They aren't in your face like some false eyelashes are! The definitely wing out your eyes too, so fantastic for close set eyes (not so for wide set eyes) or if you're going for that drawn out, wide eyed look!

Thanks Miss Perry!

'Come to bed' eyes.

Smoldering smokey eye...

A smokey brown eye with a little blush and a light pink lip. I like accentuating my eyes with brown and black hues for the seductive 'come to bed' eyes. I might wear this look more often! I didn't wear foundation, mostly because I don't think I need it. Just a little concealer and I'm happy!

With a cherry on top

Super fine American Strawberry Shake!
